How to install Adobe Creative Cloud — from download to first launch
The short version: download the Creative Cloud desktop app from Adobe's own site, sign in with your account, then install only the apps you actually use. The setup takes minutes. The downloads do not. On a modest Moroccan connection, plan for an evening rather than a coffee break.

What you need before you start
Five things, and only one of them is genuinely hard to arrange. You need the sign-in details for the Adobe account the licence sits on, a Windows or macOS machine, an administrator password for that machine, free disk space, and a connection you can leave running for a few hours.
- The email address and password of the Adobe account. If ROSH™ Company Labs set the account up, these reach you on WhatsApp once payment is confirmed.
- Administrator rights on the computer. The installer writes into system folders and will stop and ask for them.
- Free disk space, more than you would guess. Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects each run to several gigabytes, and the installer needs working room on top of the finished app.
- Time on a stable connection. This is the real constraint, not your processor.
One thing to settle before you spend money. ROSH™ Company Labs is an independent one-person business in Morocco. It is not an Adobe partner, reseller or agent, and it is not a formally registered company, so no tax invoice is issued. If you need a document for your accounting or an expense claim, buy directly from Adobe instead.
The install step by step
Do these in order. Steps one to four take a few minutes. Step five is where the waiting lives.
- Open a browser, go to adobe.com and download the Creative Cloud desktop app from Adobe's own download page. Do not take an installer from a file-sharing site, a Telegram channel or a link somebody forwarded you.
- Run the file you downloaded and approve the administrator prompt that Windows or macOS shows.
- When the app opens, sign in with the email address and password of the Adobe account. If a verification code is sent to that address you will need access to it, so message ROSH™ Company Labs if the mailbox is not yours.
- Once you are signed in, open the Apps tab. The full list appears with an install button beside each one.
- Install only what you use. Start with a single app — Photoshop, say — let it finish, then queue the next. Six downloads at once on a modest line usually ends with all six crawling.
- Open the app when it finishes. The first launch is slower than every launch after it.
You can close the Creative Cloud window while a download runs, but do not shut the machine down or let it sleep. On a laptop, plug it in and turn sleep off for the evening.
How to check it worked on Adobe's own site
Do not take our word for it, and do not take the desktop app's word alone either. Check on Adobe's own site, in a browser, with the same email address.
Sign in at account.adobe.com. The plans page shows the plan attached to that account. The apps themselves should then open with no trial banner, no countdown and no invitation to subscribe.
- In the Creative Cloud desktop app, the account icon at the top shows the signed-in email. It should be the address you were given, exactly.
- Inside Photoshop or Premiere Pro, the title bar carries no “trial” wording and nothing asks you to start a subscription.
- Files save, export and reopen normally. An expired trial refuses at the export stage, which is the worst possible moment to find out.
Adobe allows the licence to be signed in on two computers, with the apps used on one at a time. Signing in on a third asks you to sign out somewhere else. That is Adobe's rule, not ours, and it is the usual explanation when somebody is dropped out of a session in the middle of a render.
When something goes wrong and what usually fixes it
The download sits at the same percentage. Pause it, wait a minute, resume. If that fails, quit the Creative Cloud app completely, reopen it and start the install again — it normally picks up rather than beginning from zero. Downloading one app at a time helps more than any other trick.
It says trial, or asks you to buy. You are almost always signed into the wrong Adobe account, an old personal one the browser remembered. Sign out from the account icon, sign back in with the exact address you were given, then restart the app.
The installer fails on a machine that once had a cracked version. This is common and worth saying plainly. Old tampered installs leave behind blocks and leftover pieces that stop a legitimate sign-in from reaching Adobe's servers. Remove the previous install cleanly, then download again from Adobe.
You are signed out mid-session. Either somebody signed in elsewhere, or the two-machine limit was passed. Sign in again; if it keeps happening, message ROSH™ Company Labs.
Support here is one person answering WhatsApp, usually within a day. Buy with that in front of you: the purchase is at your own risk, with no guarantee and no refund policy behind it.
What happens after four months and how renewal works
The licence from ROSH™ Company Labs is 400 MAD for 4 months. Divide 400 by 4 and that is 100 MAD a month for the desktop suite. Nothing renews on its own. No card sits on file, so no charge arrives unless you ask for one.
At the end of the term the apps stop opening and offer you a subscription instead. Nothing is deleted from your computer: your PSD, PRPROJ and INDD files stay where you saved them, and your exported JPGs, MP4s and PDFs never depended on the licence at all. Two things are worth doing beforehand. Pull anything you left in Creative Cloud storage down to your own drive, and remember that Adobe Fonts deactivate when a subscription ends, so a document using them will ask for a substitute — outline the type in any file you may need to reopen.
To continue, message ROSH™ Company Labs on WhatsApp a few days before the term runs out and a new period is arranged the way the first one was. Renewing early avoids a gap in the middle of a client job. If you would rather stop, do nothing. The term simply ends.
Questions people ask while installing
How long does the whole install take?
The sign-in part takes minutes. The downloads are the long part, and their length depends on your line, not your computer. A single large app can take hours on a modest connection, and a full video setup can take a night. Start in the evening, install one app at a time, keep the machine awake, and do not judge the licence by how slowly the first download moves.
Can I install it on two computers?
Yes. Adobe allows the licence to be signed in on two computers, with the apps used on one at a time. Sign in on a third and Adobe asks you to sign out of one of the others. Install the Creative Cloud desktop app on the second machine the same way and sign in with the same email address.
Do I have to install every app?
No, and you should not. The Apps tab lets you install only what you use, which saves hours of downloading and a lot of disk space. You can add an app later, or remove one you tried and did not need, and neither touches the licence. Removing an app does not sign you out or shorten the term.
Where should I download the installer from?
From Adobe's own site, adobe.com, and nowhere else. Installers passed around on file-sharing sites, Telegram channels or forum links are a well-documented route for malware and stolen sign-in details, and a modified installer will fight the genuine account you just paid for. The download itself is free; only the licence costs money.
Will I get an invoice for my accounting?
No. ROSH™ Company Labs is not a formally registered company and issues no tax invoice, no VAT document and nothing an accountant can file. It is also independent, not an Adobe partner, reseller or agent. If the purchase has to appear in company books or an expense claim, buy from Adobe directly or from a registered reseller.
What do I do if something breaks after installing?
Message ROSH™ Company Labs on WhatsApp and describe exactly what the screen says. Support is one person, usually replying within a day, and most problems turn out to be the wrong account or a stalled download. Be clear about what you are buying: the purchase is at your own risk, with no guarantee, no warranty and no refund policy behind it.
