How to set up Google AI Pro — the account it lands on, the steps, and how to check

The plan attaches to one Google account. Not a code, not a second login — the address you already sign into on your phone. Decide which address before you pay, because moving the plan afterwards is not straightforward.

• The exact Gmail address you want it on, spelled out letter by letter. A typo here costs you a day.
• Access to that account on the device you use most, with two-step verification working, because you will be signing out and back in to check things.
• A decision between personal and professional: a Workspace account managed by an employer or a school answers to that organisation’s administrator, and a consumer plan does not behave the same way on it.
• Some idea of how full your Drive already is, so you can tell whether the storage ceiling actually moved.

Ordering happens on WhatsApp. Activation happens on your own Google account. In practice it takes minutes rather than days, provided the address is right.

1. Message ROSH™ Company Labs on WhatsApp and say you want Google AI Pro. The price is 250 MAD for one year — a single payment, not a monthly charge.
2. Ask your questions before any money moves: what exactly is needed from you, how long activation takes, and what happens if the plan does not appear.
3. Send the Google address, checked character by character. Do not send your password to anyone on WhatsApp, ROSH™ Company Labs included — no activation needs it from you.
4. Pay using the local method agreed in the chat, once you are satisfied with the answers.
5. Wait for written confirmation that the plan has been applied to your account.
6. Sign out of Google and back in, or at least reload. A session that has been open for hours will keep showing the old plan.
7. Open one.google.com on that account and read the plan card. That is Google’s own page, not ours, and it is the confirmation that counts.
8. Open Gemini and one Workspace app to see the paid features in place. The next section lists what to look for.

• one.google.com — sign in with that account and read the plan card. It names the tier you are on and the storage that comes with it. If it still shows the free plan, nothing has landed yet.
• Gemini — at gemini.google.com or in the app, the paid models appear in the model picker and the interface stops pushing you to upgrade.
• Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides — Gemini appears as a side panel you open from the top right, so you can work on the open file without copying text into a chat window.
• Drive — the storage bar at the bottom of the sidebar shows the new ceiling instead of 15 GB.

Two notes. Google renames these plans from time to time, so the label may read Google One AI Premium rather than Google AI Pro; that is the same subscription, not a mistake. And features do not all arrive at once — availability varies by country, interface language and app version. Gemini working in Gmail but missing in Slides is a rollout, not a broken licence. If the plan card is right, the licence is right.

Most activation trouble is account trouble, and it looks exactly like a broken licence.

• You are on the wrong account. Easily the commonest fault. Browsers keep several Google accounts signed in at once and you are reading the second one. Check the avatar at the top right before anything else.
• Nothing changed at all. Sign out and back in, reload the page, and on a phone force close the app and update it from the store.
• Gemini is missing from one app. Rollouts differ by app, country and interface language. Update the app, set the account language to English, and give it time.
• It is a work or school account. The organisation’s administrator decides what may be added to it. A consumer plan can simply be blocked, and no seller can override that.
• Storage still looks full. The ceiling moves, but Drive, Gmail and Photos share it and the figure takes a while to refresh.

If the plan card is still wrong after all of this, message ROSH™ Company Labs on WhatsApp. One limit is worth knowing in advance: for account-level problems — a locked account, a security review, a disabled address — Google is the only party who can act, and an independent seller has no channel to them.

The 250 MAD covers twelve months. There is no automatic renewal from ROSH™ Company Labs and no card left on file, so nothing is taken from you quietly. The other side of that is that nobody reminds you either, so put a note in your calendar a week before the end.

When the term ends, the account stays yours. It falls back to the free tier: Gemini keeps working in its free form, the Workspace side panel goes quiet, and the storage ceiling returns to 15 GB. That last part catches people out. Files are not deleted the moment you drop over the limit, but Google restricts new uploads and eventually stops accepting mail until you are back under it. Before the year is out, either clear space or pull a copy of what matters onto a drive of your own with Google Takeout.

Renewing is a new order on WhatsApp at whatever the price is then. Ask rather than assume: 250 MAD is today’s figure, not a promise about next year. Google can also change what a plan includes mid-term, and no reseller controls that. As with the first purchase, there is no tax invoice, no refund policy and no guarantee — decide with all of that in front of you.
