Digital Service Specialist
Assist clients with platform setup guidance, premium activations, and basic troubleshooting. Communicate clearly through our messaging channels and follow structured steps and checklists.

Client Success & Support
Manage client questions and follow-ups, maintain simple CRM notes (e.g., Odoo or spreadsheets), and make sure every client gets a helpful, fast response.
- Clear writing and organization
- Comfortable with Instagram and modern messaging tools
- Strong follow-through and accountability
Designer — Branding / Visual Assets
Create simple brand assets, social kits, and visual materials under direction. Deliver clean exports and keep our visual standards consistent across projects.
- Portfolio required (Behance, Drive, etc.)
- Basic brand systems and typography
- Fast delivery, open to feedback
Web/Automation Assistant
Support simple website edits, embed integrations (e.g., YouTube), and light CRM workflows — tags, notes, and record updates — with a structured, reliable approach.
- Basic HTML/CSS and assets handling
- Willing to learn automations (Zapier/Make/Odoo)
