Can I pay cash for software in Morocco? — yes, and here is how it works

Yes. You can pay cash, in dirham, for software in Morocco, and with ROSH™ Company Labs that is the normal way it happens. Every price is quoted in dirham and paid once. Nothing renews on its own. There is no card on file, so when a term ends it ends, and if you want to continue you order again the same way. Anything not on that list — a Windows licence, a website, a brand identity, a custom system — is priced case by case, so contact for pricing rather than trusting a figure you saw somewhere else.

The amount agreed in the chat is the amount you pay. No card fee, no currency conversion, and nothing added afterwards for delivery.

The reason is on the vendor’s side, not ours. Adobe, Microsoft, Google and Apple sell subscriptions through a card checkout, in dollars or euros, billed to an address abroad. A Moroccan bank card is domestic by default: paying a foreign site needs international e-commerce enabled by your bank, and that spending is drawn from the foreign-currency allowance residents are granted under Office des Changes rules. Plenty of prepaid cards, student cards and salary cards never cross that line at all.

Even when the card goes through, the subscription keeps billing in foreign currency, your bank adds its conversion, and a card that expires mid-term can lock you out of your own files until it is sorted.
