These terms govern your use of BrainStorm™ CRM by ROSH™ Company Labs — including account access, billing in MAD, privacy, and acceptable use.

By accessing or using BrainStorm™ CRM (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Definitions

  • “ROSH™ Company Labs” — the owner and provider of BrainStorm™ CRM.
  • “Client”, “You” — the business or individual using the Service.
  • “Order” — a record representing a product/service purchase and related payments.
  • “Wishes” — tracked client requests/opportunities not yet converted to orders.

Accounts & Access

Authentication

Access requires authentication (e.g., Google Sign-In). You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all actions under your account.

Authorized Use

You may allow team members to access the Service solely for your internal business purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

Billing & Payment

Currency & Invoices

All prices, invoices, and totals are in MAD. Numbers may be formatted using fr-FR grouping (e.g., 1 234 MAD).

Profit Net Logging (for your records)

When you annotate orders with PROFIT blocks, follow the VIP format exactly:

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, subscriptions and digital deliverables are non-refundable. ROSH™ Company Labs may, at its sole discretion, issue goodwill credits or adjustments.

Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • No interfering with Service integrity, security, or availability.
  • No attempting to access data you do not own or have permission to access.

Privacy & Data

Data Handling

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Firebase. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of personal data you process in the Service.

Compliance

We support GDPR-aligned practices. You control client deletion/exports using your own admin processes.

Security

Technical Measures

We use industry-standard security through Firebase rules and infrastructure. You must keep devices/accounts secure and report suspected incidents promptly.

Intellectual Property

BrainStorm™ CRM, its components, branding, and documentation are the IP of ROSH™ Company Labs. You retain IP in your own data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches or security concerns. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain clauses survive termination (e.g., IP, liability limits).

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROSH™ Company Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case, liability is limited to fees paid for the last 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use signifies acceptance.
